At a time when 15 year old Emma Grace should be enjoying life with her friends, she instead suffers with immense discomfort caused by a large brain mass. She has daily symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, migraines, ear pain and ringing, pressure behind her left eye and forehead, memory issues, and vision trouble. The struggle has been tremendously difficult both physically and emotionally for Emma Grace and for her family. Unfortunately, there is no clear end in sight on Emma Grace’s path to wellness; with multiple opinions from medical teams at UVA and Johns Hopkins, it has been deemed too risky to attempt surgery on the mass. Mom sacrifices her job to stay home with Emma Grace and to care for her, which has strained family finances. With help from the community and with the help of your donations, this family continues to make ends meet while praying for a miracle for Emma Grace.
