To tell Lily's story in a short paragraph would not do justice to all of the smiles and to all of the love that this precious angel gave to those around her. Lily was born in January 2020 with heart complications. At first, her family thought a series of surgeries would repair her tiny heart. Ultimately they learned that Lily was instead in need of a transplant. At 7 months old, sweet Lily received the gift of her new heart. After a total of 131 days in the hospital, Lily arrived home to be with her parents and sisters. In June of 2021, Lily was admitted for complications surrounding her transplant, and on July 23, 2021 Lily gained her angel wings ❤️
