Sophia has metastatic cancer, and when and upcoming surgery meant a 4-6 week recovery, not only was Sophia’s family feeling the stress of the surgery and recovery for their little girl, they were also feeling the stress of missing work, losing wages, and additional bills from an unplanned automotive repair. Donations helped with their needs, and we’re pleased to report that Sophia recovered well from her surgery, and received clear scans following surgery!
